Delphis Books are children's cartoon books that have been specifically written to support young people's mental health.

Mental health is important, but often very uncomfortable or difficult to talk about.

The books teach children they are not alone, that others understand what they are experiencing, and help is available. The books help them understand their problems by explaining them in a clear, light-hearted, and relatable way. Understanding the problem is the first very important part of learning effective coping strategies and getting appropriate professional help.

After many years of clinical experience, Dr Wever wrote these books. As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, he is an expert in managing a broad range of mental health problems in young people. By talking to young people with mental health problems over the years, he has developed a skill to talk to young people about their problems in a language they can understand and this has been transferred into the books.

These books will help many young people and their families cope better with their mental health and thrive.

A child and adolescent psychiatrist specialises in diagnosing and treating developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health disorders in young children and teens.

They focus on the biological, psychological and social components of these disorders. They help children and their families find ways to cope with psychological problems, relationship problems, stress, and crisis.
